I have been coming to the dealership for years now, and I’ve always had a positive experience. Do NOT purchase a USED vehicle from McDonald. Less than 60 days, $1000's of dollars later, they wouldn't even pay for the diagnostic fee to get the VW Golf looked at for $232. David the USED CAR MANAGER was completely lying when he sold this car to an educator family and eventually to my daughter. This car was priced $3k over other comparable models and he assured me that it would be reliable, and sure enough, something happens and they DONT want to deal with it. More

Service was fast and friendly. Time estimate originally given was up to 3 hours but it was done in half of that. Seriously I didn’t get to finish the movie I was watching.
