I was a little disappointed when I found out how much my trade-in is now being sold for and what I was offered. Before I brought my vehicle, and I did a Kelley blue book to figure out what trade-in value would be even if I sold it as a private owner, and they doubled the price. Which make me feel good that my vehicle is still in great condition, but also was a little disheartening seeing that McDonald’s should’ve probably offer me a little more for it even after my research I was a little disappointed in that but overall thankful for them working with me More

Felt like I received better service at this location than other nearby VW locations so I’ll likely continue bringing my car here! Doug was friendly, informative, and kept me updated with videos of my vehicle. After my routine maintenance, he made a few recommendations but didn’t pressure me to add anything extra. They serviced my car quickly and I was able to pick it up earlier than I expected. Thanks for the great service! More

Chaney was wonderful to work with, he was very professional and paid attention to my needs. There were a few bumps in the road with Volkswagen regarding the order but Chaney was excellent about k professional and paid attention to my needs.
