Greeted with a smile when arrived . Air conditioning & drinks in waiting room. Got a paid Lyft ride home & back so I didn’t have to waste time waiting in their waiting area. Doug Brown was great. He communicated everything in a timely manner and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. He even walked me outside to the vehicle when He communicated everything in a timely manner and made sure that we understood what needed to be done. He even walked me outside to the vehicle when I came in to pick it up! The service tech, Zach, sent us a very detailed video explaining the issue and that was extremely helpful.
