McDonald VW does it right. I have had good experiences at this dealership in the past, but they have improved the overall quality of the customer experience even more. Tanner Fiftal, in particular, exemplifies quality customer service. His attention to detail, his patience, knowledge, follow-up, and overall attentiveness should be featured in a “How to treat clients” training video and that video should be utilized for all auto dealers. Highly recommend McDonald VW and would 100% recommend Tanner when searching for a new vehicle! More
