Individually Shaun was fantastic to work with as he ensured I would be happy with my purchase. Being from a different city about 110 miles away, I was unable to take the vehicle the same day I completed initial paperwork, as it also needed to be finalized with an inspection for the emissions update. While I waited, Shaun maintained good contact and set up a date to plan for pickup. Before I was able to leave Shaun again called me and informed me of an issue with the Clear Bra separating from the cars hood along with some Hard water spotting from storage, he requested we push the date back a few days so he could have this fixed. Because of the distance I greatly appreciated him catching what the service department should have as it saved me time and frustration. When I got in to pick up the car, not only did Shaun have it freshly detailed AND stored inside due to current rainy weather, he also threw in some Rubber weather mats, an add-on I expressed I was looking into aftermarket, for free due to the delay in pickup. My 4 star rating for price was given as the deal I got was fantastic, taking advantage of 5k off of MSRP and 0% financing, however these were all manufacturer incentives that the dealership would immediately receive reimbursement for. I would have loved to have given 5 stars, but was met with a no-haggle, no negotiation attitude that ultimately left me questioning a return purchase opportunity. With the above issues in mind, Mcdonald Volkswagen is a good place when in the market for a new VW, but their service department missed some details, that luckily their FANTASTIC sales team caught. I would recommend their services, but be mindful of the unwillingness to negotiate (at least in my particular case) More
