She was finishing up with another customer when I got to the dealership, but made sure I was settled and that Brandon could help me in the meantime. Even though I was buying a $5,000 car, I felt I was treated the same as someone buying a $30,000 car. I wanted to buy the car from these folks before I even saw it! Professional people, Great cars. We spent about 6 hours on the internet looking at inventory, prices, and dealer reviews for the Denver metro area. We finally chose the McDonald Auto We spent about 6 hours on the internet looking at inventory, prices, and dealer reviews for the Denver metro area. We finally chose the McDonald Automotive group, not only for their huge inventory of used cars, but for the quality of the reviews from satisfied customers. Dave Williams - Volkswagen - was patient and spent a huge part of his 10/12 hour day with us - answering questions, searching his inventory for the 8 cars that fit our list, looking at cars on 2 of the 4 auto lots, and driving another over from a third lot while we were on our 2nd test drive... or was it our 3rd? We found the car we loved, and it was washed and ready to go in no time. Our visit with the (dreaded) finance department was twice as fast as expected, and very pleasant (Thanks Tyler!) I would recommend this group and these people to anyone shopping for a new or used car! More

The only problem I had was with the finance person, Ty, who wanted me to sign papers after the sale was done, that consisted of a privacy notice permitting them to share my information and a blank " Application for Credit" with VW of America that I did not ask for, need or use. The finance department also made me put down $1000 to hold the car over the weekend until pick-up and then neglected to credit the $1000 back to me for four weeks and three email requests. More
