Going the extra mile I had just been denied express service by another Volkswagen dealer who I will not name because my vehicle had more than 60,000 miles on it. I called McDonald Volkswagen and ask them if they would do a simple scheduled 90,000 mile maintenance. Speaking of which, even that was a good experience. Rico who was the finance guy we dealt with was direct, focused, and didn't try to change the deal we had struck with Scott.
