We were initially unsure of what we needed and wanted, but did know we needed t Both Logan and Ryan worked super hard to find us the perfect used SUV. We were initially unsure of what we needed and wanted, but did know we needed to stay in a certain price range. Logan gave us numerous different options to try and meet all those needs. We so appreciated him listening and answering all the questions we had. And ultimately finding us the perfect used vehicle. We felt that we were all working as a team, to find the best option for us - instead of just being sold a car or pushed into something we weren't ready for! This was a huge decision making factor for us, as originally we just walked in to look at cars and not purchase one. But because of the patient and kind education on the car and financing, as well as allowing us to feel heard and taken care of, we ended up with the perfect option for us and purchased the car that day (very unusual for us as we often take months to make big decisions such as these). We are so grateful that Logan took our walk in appointment on a very busy holiday weekend! We are super thankful to both Logan, and Ryan, as well as the entire team that made us feel welcome, answered our many questions, asked if we needed anything, gave us fun facts about the car, made us feel comfortable in the waiting periods, and over all helped us find the perfect Tiguan.
