70,000 mile report card on 2014 Passat I absolutely love the 2 minute video review of my car. The technician named John was so thorough and yet spoke in language understandable to an averag I absolutely love the 2 minute video review of my car. They even worked to get the part faster and the tech came in on a Saturday and installed it so I could get my car back faster. Great communication, great service. More
