Working with Shana was amazing We love our new car, but what stands out in our minds the most is the exceptional service given to us by our saleswoman, Shana. She trudged around in the freezing weather bringing cars up to the building for us to test drive, she gave us all of the information on our prospective cars to make sure we had a good understanding of each one’s characteristics, and she even catered to us with water and coffee because we had our 4 month old baby with us car shopping that day. Her service blew me away and she was incredibly personable and made the experience enjoyable. We had contact with a couple other people throughout our buying process and they were all very nice and accommodating. We didn’t feel pressured at all. To my suprise, I actually felt like Shana genuinely wanted us to find a car that worked for us and our budget rather than trying to shove a deal down our throats. I cannot day enough good things about her and I would happily vouch for her performance anytime. More
