I really like how their service techs make videos so you can see that they are really checking your car over completely, and if there are extra repairs that they recommend you can see it in the video, and hear them give you a detailed description of what needs to be done to fix the problem(s). My ID4 service warning light came on so I took it into McD VW for service. The agent, Chris was patient and listened to my description of the issue and got the car into the shop.
