Chris is the salesman who helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He was very patient through my trying out different vehicles. I felt very comfortable taking my time figuring out which vehicle was going to work best for me. I so appreciate Chris' patience and guidance throughout the process and I LOVE my new Tiguan! I would definitely ask for Chris again. On another note, my family has an older Jetta that has needed quite a bit of service in the past few years. I didn't arrive fully expecting to make a purchase that day but Michael helped me out throughout the entire process. He helped me open up my own insurance policy with Geico and was able to get me approved for the GLI with no stipulations. Michael made me very comfortable in going forward with the financing process as I had never financed a car on my own before - which can be quite intimidating. I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Michael and I absolutely love the new car. Can't speak highly enough of my experience here. Thanks!! More

Mac and I Mac (short for Mac N Cheese) was due for its first inspection/oil change. You'd understand the name if you saw the car. I arrived on-time and was gree Mac (short for Mac N Cheese) was due for its first inspection/oil change. You'd understand the name if you saw the car. I arrived on-time and was greeted by Doug Brown (Service Manager). He took pictures of Mac's exterior and we discussed what Mac needed. I was informed the service should take about 90 minutes. I had decided to wait. After an hour I got a short video from the service tech showing what he had found. No issues. I noticed in the waiting area that cars are washed after each service. I went out to Doug and asked that my car not be washed. No problem. Doug explained that since I had an offset front license plate and in general Golf R owners don't want their cars washed, Mac hadn't been scheduled for a wash. We also discussed motor oils. I left happy. Doug texted me the next day inquiring if I had any questions. I did. Doug went out of his way to answer my questions. I was happy. I happily recommend McDonald VW's service dept. See you next year. More
