McDonald Volkswagen was fast, efficient, and accurate in the diagnosis of the unscheduled fault of the Atlas vehicle. We were a little surprised that the Atlas had these problems being only a year old but i the diagnosis of the unscheduled fault of the Atlas vehicle. We were a little surprised that the Atlas had these problems being only a year old but it does happen. Best of all was I received a video walkaround of the vehicle explaining the problems and pointing out solutions. Brad in service was friendly and managed the process.
