I really appreciated, that for this repair visit, he tried to give me a few discounts on the final costs, since the issues I was having with the car ended up being on the more expensive side. Carlos, the technician who worked on my car, did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the issues my car was having! I really appreciated the detailed video that he made to show me what his inspection had uncovered. I really like that McDonald Volkswagen has their techs make those videos for the customers, since I’m assuming for safety reasons they can’t have the customers going back to the service/repair garage. I would recommend McDonald Volkswagen on Broadway in Littleton, CO to friends and family. More

Speaking from my experience as an Asian immigrant, while the salesman and service advisor were kind, the Finance Manager’s tone and attitude toward me were completely arrogant. To make matters worse, a warning light came on in my new car from day one, and I am still waiting for an email from corporate regarding a fix or update on this issue.
