Since there are always two sides to every story, we will clear the air here. Each and EVERY time you have come to us with an issue it has been promptly addressed. In fact, we have gone so far as to trade you out of a vehicle into another newer vehicle only to have you find the "same exact problem" with the new and different model vehicle? We have escalated these purported issues with the Toyota Field Specialist on at least two separate occasions and yet, we nor they can ever find a problem. In fact, our General Manager drove along with you to see if you could "duplicate" the problem, and in those cases you never could. Despite these efforts from our management staff and the Toyota regional representatives, including providing free rental cars and other offerings to in some way accommodate you, you remain dissatisfied. At this point nothing further can be done for you. We never like upsetting customers, in fact, we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that we provide a truly exceptional experience for all of our guests...but unfortunately there are rare cases, in life as well as business, in which a person will never be happy or appreciative of the efforts of others to make them happy. It seems this is one of those rare circumstances.
