the service was good - the inside of my car on the seats was dirt when I got in don't know if someone set down with dirty pants or what. I paid them to install a towing hitch with a 2" receiver, a 7 pin connector cable, and a brake controller. They put a towing hitch with a 1.5" receiver, 4 pin connector and no brake controller. I let them know they made a mistake, and they apologized and sent a driver from Fort Morgan to Fort Collins to pick up my van bring it back to their dealership shop and fix it. They kept it over night. The next day they changed their mind and sent it back without fixing it saying they would lose money. When I asked them to either refund me or fix it, they instead tried to convince me it would be fine to tow a 2,500lb pop up camper trailer that weighs more than 50% of the 4,600 lb van without trailer brakes. They would rather steal from me and put my family in danger than do the right thing. 0/10 don't trust them. More
