Took all afternoon Ordered a 2019 Ram 1500 which took 14 weeks to get. Jim called me about 10:00 am and said it had just arrived and I could pick it up in the afternoon Ordered a 2019 Ram 1500 which took 14 weeks to get. Jim called me about 10:00 am and said it had just arrived and I could pick it up in the afternoon and we agreed on 1:00. Since we had agreed on a price for the new truck I thought I would be out of there in about an hour. My wife and I were there for three and a half hours. Every time they had a question or discrepancy on what we had originally talked about, they left us sitting at Jim's desk for about 15 to 20 minutes (several times) with a desk cam recording us. We had made plans for late afternoon after we got the truck but instead we sat in the dealership. If you special order, make sure everything is written down and signed! More
