Three years ago my wife, a traveling therapist, had a 6 month contract in Sterling. During those months I had our 2016 RAV4 serviced at Eirlich Toyota. Also I purchased a new set of tires through them we a month contract in Sterling. During those months I had our 2016 RAV4 serviced at Eirlich Toyota. Also I purchased a new set of tires through them we are now in the area on a new contract. Due to the quality of the past service I knew where I would have our Highlander serviced. Through 6 years of traveling the best service we have had has been from Toyota in Ft Morgan. More
Making an appointment was fast and easy but after many phone calls and discussions and rescheduling coming in to get the keys that had just been received from Greeley and what I thought was going to be a phone calls and discussions and rescheduling coming in to get the keys that had just been received from Greeley and what I thought was going to be a short wait for them to be coded to my car, they informed me after I made the trip from Sterling to Fort Morgan that they then had to take apart the engine to get to the computer for coding and send that part to California which would then take an extra 2 weeks and about an extra $400. Being that they knew the make and model and year of my car many times prior to me coming to the dealership. There was no other way to get the keys coded so I had no choice but to leave my car but I am very disappointed with their lack of ability to be able to figure this out beforehand costing me a trip to Fort Morgan for no reason and an extra $400 I was not prepared to pay especially after I just paid $112 for two keys. They didn't seem like they cared because it's not them that has to pay for it More
