I was able to visit with Steven while waiting. I've purchased vehicles before and had good and bad experiences. Steven is so easy to work with and a sales person you can trust. I would have no qualms from anybody in my family working with Steven or anybody in the used car or managerial positions at Ehrlich Toyota East. More

Great first time dealer experience! We found an used Toyota Sienna listed on the internet and called about it. Kourtney Venzke patiently took a few calls from us, researched the questio We found an used Toyota Sienna listed on the internet and called about it. Kourtney Venzke patiently took a few calls from us, researched the questions we had and called us back right away with good answers. She was very patient with us on the phone and when we arrived a couple of hours later at the dealership. Kourtney recognized us as we pulled in (being from Wyoming) and greeted us. She was acquainted with the vehicle we were interested in and made us feel comfortable in looking it over. Kerry Armagost (the used car manager) was very kind about our old trade-in vehicle making us feel it did have value. We had arrived fairly close to closing time and Kourtney, Kerry and Andi Mooney didn't make us feel bad for staying past closing time to finish up the deal. We are very happy with our van and would consider making the drive back in the future for another vehicle. Thank you for a great first time experience at a dealership! More
