We worked with Andi Mooney to get the make, model and color Highlander Hybrid that we wanted. She was willing to work with us to find "our" Highlander when the Toyota dealerships in the Albuquerque area color Highlander Hybrid that we wanted. She was willing to work with us to find "our" Highlander when the Toyota dealerships in the Albuquerque area were not. She located "our" Highlander at another dealership and arranged a trade to have it delivered to McDonald Automotive when it was built. She kept us apprised of its status and pending arrival date. She facilitated our delivery and set up several functions, especially Bluetooth service, that we would have otherwise struggled with.. It was a pleasure working with such a professional and customer oriented person. Following our great relationship working with Andi, we were passed off to Finance, Jaime Perez. As we went through all the papers necessary for our cash purchase of out Highlander, we repeatedly mentioned that we would need to take with us the documents we would need to title/register the vehicle in New Mexico. He assured us that they would be provided. When we finished, he handed us a large envelope and told us that all the documents we needed were in it. We took the envelope to the NM DMN [Department of Motor Vehicles] to title/register the Highlander. The DMV person told us that we could not title/register it because we did not have either a title or MCO [Manufacturer's Certificate of Ownership]. One or the other was required to title/register the vehicle in NM. He told us to call the dealer and see what they could do. We call Jaime and explained the situation to him. He did not appear to know what a MCO was or how to proceed. He transferred the call to the Title Clerk, Pam, who knew what an MCO was and said that she could provide one. Pam spoke with the DMV staffer and got things squared away. She told us that she would pull the purchase papers and prepare the document , to include an MCO, and overnight it to us. She called the next day to say that she had not received the purchase papers yet from Finance so was not able to prepare the documents, but that she would probably receive the purchase papers in a couple of days and would generate the needed documents and mail them to us then. Do not know why it takes over a week to get the papers from Finance, Jaime, to Pam particularly when it was a cash sale. We were charged $800 for services which McDonald Toyota of Fort Morgan was to perform to facilitate our purchase. One of the services was to provide our title/registration in an efficient and timely manner. We have NOT received this paid for service. More
Rick Steph was obnoxious, calling me, hon, and trying to sell me the extended warranty when I already paid a premium for a Toyota Marisella was helpful and knowledgeable. sell me the extended warranty when I already paid a premium for a Toyota Marisella was helpful and knowledgeable. More
the service was good - the inside of my car on the seats was dirt when I got in don't know if someone set down with dirty pants or what. The service gal got my car mixed up with someone else's and I though was dirt when I got in don't know if someone set down with dirty pants or what. The service gal got my car mixed up with someone else's and I thought I had to have two more things done than I expected but it was the wrong car. More

I asked them to install a towing hitch with a 2" receiver, a 7 pin connctor cable, and a brake controller, so that I could tow a pop up camper trailer that weighs ~ 2,500lbs with my new 4,600lb Sien receiver, a 7 pin connctor cable, and a brake controller, so that I could tow a pop up camper trailer that weighs ~ 2,500lbs with my new 4,600lb Sienna. They instead installed a 1.5" receiver, a 4 pin connector, and no brake controller. When the vehicle was delivered and I noticed the mistake, I called, and they apologized, sent a driver all the way from the dealership in Fort Morgan to my home to pick up the van and bring it back to their shop, 77.5 mile trip each way. They kept the vehicle overnight. Then returned it the next day having fixed nothing. They said they would lose money if they made it right. When I called back and explained that they didn't do ANYTHING that I had requested, they instead tried to convince me that it would be fine to tow the pop up camper trailer without trailer brakes, even though it weighs over 50% as much as the van. That is dumb and dangerous, and I'm disgusted that they would rather put my family at risk than do the right thing. I will be telling everyone about my awful experience at Fort Morgan and advise that no one trust them to do the right thing or look out for you and your family's safety because all that matters to them is that they don't lose money. I paid them to install a towing hitch with a 2" receiver, a 7 pin connector cable, and a brake controller. They put a towing hitch with a 1.5" receiver, 4 pin connector and no brake controller. I let them a 7 pin connector cable, and a brake controller. They put a towing hitch with a 1.5" receiver, 4 pin connector and no brake controller. I let them know they made a mistake, and they apologized and sent a driver from Fort Morgan to Fort Collins to pick up my van bring it back to their dealership shop and fix it. They kept it over night. The next day they changed their mind and sent it back without fixing it saying they would lose money. When I asked them to either refund me or fix it, they instead tried to convince me it would be fine to tow a 2,500lb pop up camper trailer that weighs more than 50% of the 4,600 lb van without trailer brakes. They would rather steal from me and put my family in danger than do the right thing. 0/10 don't trust them. More
