Not only did they take care of routine servicing, but they also alerted me to a warrantee bulletin regarding the infotainment system, and took care of that, too. They showed me a few “tricks” regarding my keys as well. These are things my regular dealership didn’t do before I left on vacation. I appreciate their truly caring. Who knows, perhaps I’ll purchase my next Mazda from them when I’m on vacation! More

I went in to get a part replaced that was on recall, and was very pleased with the service. I had concerns about my brakes, which they checked out on that visit and gave me a detailed report, with no ups se was very pleased with the service. Amazing experience with this dealership! Fixed my car and got it back to me earlier than expected. Had to order part out of place and service under an extended warranty with Allstate. The service department at Courtesy Mazda is great. Car was fixed in minimum time for a lot less money than anticipated. Service department staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. I am happy with the vehicle, but not happy with the service. It was difficult to purchase a vehicle because 1) the vehicle we saw advertised Denver-wide online was not available at the dealership (bai service. It was difficult to purchase a vehicle because 1) the vehicle we saw advertised Denver-wide online was not available at the dealership (bait and switch?), 2) the only way to get a discount was to finance (which we had not intended to do), 3) at closing, the financial manager was very annoying; pushing a hard-sell for a lot of extras such as coatings/warranties. He even told us that he ‘had our best interests at heart.’ 4) Shockingly, the dealership submitted insufficient tax funds to the CO Dept of Revenue, as reported to me buy that department. This forced me to take my time to get an additional temporary vehicle permit, and I had to monitor for follow-through! When I contacted the dealership, the financial manager stated that he’d get this completed on his timeline, not my timeline (this is the same guy who had my ‘best interests at heart!). The result is that I purchased a new car in February and was unable to get registration and license plates until June. I never received floor mats as part of the deal until July. That said, we do like the new car and referred two neighbors to Mazda; both of them also purchased new Mazdas. It would go a long way toward customer satisfaction if Mazda could be generous enough to compensate us with a navigation card. That would be useful to us! More

I went in because I needed a new alternator. I always bring my car here because they are the best.
