Above & Beyoind My Expectations I had been searching for a reliable used car for my wife and kids for over a year, and I was waiting for the right deal. I found the vehicle at Courte I had been searching for a reliable used car for my wife and kids for over a year, and I was waiting for the right deal. I found the vehicle at Courtesy Mazda and from the first phone call to the day I drove the vehicle home, they were a professional, customer-service oriented, fair, and honest dealership. I was amazed when the GM handed me the keys and let me test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted. I was able to get the vehicle up to highway speeds and check the engine, transmission, etc.. It was explained to me that I was buying the used vehicle "As Is", I agreed, and after I had signed the paperwork, Paul discovered a glitch in the interior lights. Rather than doing what they had the right to do, which was to send me on my way with my used vehicle, Paul was gracious enough to get the vehicle into the service department and have the problem fixed at no extra charge. This has been the best dealership experience I have ever had, and I would definitely recommend Courtesy Mazda to anyone looking for a fair price, helpful staff, and a great dealer experience! More
Very Accomadating Great experience as a first time buyer. Paul was very accommodating and willing to answer any questions that I had. They were willing to work with me Great experience as a first time buyer. Paul was very accommodating and willing to answer any questions that I had. They were willing to work with me to find a solution that worked for both of us. I also got a great deal on some winter tires. Would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from courtesy Mazda. More
Great experience, until you drive away I looked at a number of other dealerships before I found Courtesy Mazda. I thought their prices were very reasonable, and they gave me a better value I looked at a number of other dealerships before I found Courtesy Mazda. I thought their prices were very reasonable, and they gave me a better value for my trade-in than anyone else had offered. I worked with Paul, who was very patient with me. However, he told me that my car had an emissions test on file, so I would not need to get one done to register the vehicle. When I went to the DMV, however, I found that this was false. The DMV asked me if I had received a voucher to get the test done for free, as the dealership was required to do, but they never sent it. I paid for the est myself, and told the dealership I expected to be reimbursed. They told me I would, but for the last two months they have been giving me the run-around about it. It had been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer experience is dismal at best . More

So I went to look at a car, and all was well. I had it checked out by a third party mechanic, and there were minimal problems. Upon arriving back at the dealership I made what I felt was a reasonable off checked out by a third party mechanic, and there were minimal problems. Upon arriving back at the dealership I made what I felt was a reasonable offer (basically to split the sales tax to offset the cost of of doing the repairs). I was told 'Ok, we are good to go' by randy the salesman. Once in the back office the numbers just did not jive. They were trying to get me to sign paperwork that was $1,400 HIGHER than what they had agreed to. When i pointed it out i got all sorts of flak about how it wasn't a reasonable offer, and that there was no way they could do it. they repeatedly pointed out that they had met my payment comfort zone. Too bad the sum price was off by 10%. After some nonsensical number thrashing and listening to them whine I left. Really, there's not a chance I could ever recommend dealing with these people to anyone. Ever. More
I Dealt with car dealers from Cheyenne to Denver for about three weeks, and getting a decent price quote was like pulling teeth. Even though I already knew what yeal, model, trim, and accessories I wan about three weeks, and getting a decent price quote was like pulling teeth. Even though I already knew what yeal, model, trim, and accessories I wanted, I was always being "upsold" for something different - and even when they finally understood what I wanted, the price quotes were fairly rotten. Courtesy Mazda in Longmont, though, made things very easy. The initial quote was several hundred dollars LESS than a used version (30,000 miles) of an identical car, for a NEW (never previously owned) model. But even better than that, they were (1) nice, (2) courteous, and (3) did almost everything by email, which I appreciated immensely. Neither Kurt Kisser (the salesman) nor Brock Miller (the general manager) exhibited the 'hard sell' that I hate so much, and were genuinely great to deal with. They were even willing to give me copies of all the paperwork to look over at home, without pressuring me...how unheard of is that? FULL DISCLOSURE: The Courtesy consortium apparently was apparently soliciting online feedback in the form of a drawing for an iPad2, though this program apparently ended on 31DEC2011. This review, however, is done without any inducements. More
