I felt like they explained the different details of the car and it's associated warranties and coverage/service options in enough detail that I felt comfortable purchasing, as well as knowing what I have to look forward to during ownership. Mainly this is because high pressure sales do not work for me. I buy things based on what I can afford, and not the options that go into it. Aspen worked with us to find the right car for our family. Clarence worked with the bank to make it happen. Ethan and everyone else was very nice to talk to, and it was great to see them interact with my 11 month old son. This is what car buying should be about. Not trying to oversell a car to a family that doesn't even really want it. by doing things the right way, do you know what happened? They sold a car and I got a great deal. In the end everyone wins! More

The GM was very personable and introduced himself (which almost never happens) I actually didn't even know who he was until after talking for 5 min. The Salesman was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and Finance guy was very outgoing and great sense of humor. Felt more like a social experience versus a dry car buying experience. Great sevice! I had a great salesman help me while I was there. I had been to many other dealerships in the past couple of months trying to find someone that would I had a great salesman help me while I was there. I had been to many other dealerships in the past couple of months trying to find someone that would help me even with my bad credit and was never treat well. As soon as I would tell the salesmen about my not so good credit they would act like I was just wasting their time and I wasn't going to get approved for any loan. When I came to courtesy mazda they all treated me like a normal costumer and they helped me through the whole process and got me into a safe car for my family. More
