Great Buying Experience I had a very good experience with Chris, the new employee they had. He was very friendly and I did not feel like I was being forced into anything. He I had a very good experience with Chris, the new employee they had. He was very friendly and I did not feel like I was being forced into anything. He seemed very knowledgeable even having been new. He explained everything pretty clearly and I was able to make the right decision with the information he provided. Courtesy Mazda was able to procure the car that I wanted at a price that I wanted. Would definitely recommend to others. More
Tremendous waste of time I went in today to purchase a truck, but ended up wasting several hours of my time and leaving with nothing. I sat with Chris, and negotiated brief I went in today to purchase a truck, but ended up wasting several hours of my time and leaving with nothing. I sat with Chris, and negotiated briefly on the price. I was to pay cash, to keep the deal simple and fast. We got stuck on the price and I began to leave the dealership, to visit another one up the street. It seemed like the standard used car dance Everyone knows. I accept this as an annoying but necessary part of car buying. It is worth noting that as I was leaving, the finance manager was arguing loudly with some irate customers. My salesman explained that they were unhappy about a deal that fell through, due to them having two open car loans already. I explained that I didn't want to know the other customers' private financial information, and began walking for the door. At this point they called me back, and provided a "best and final" out the door price, which I believed was a sincere offer. I said I needed to drive around the block and clear my head before deciding, shook hands with Chris, and left. We returned after getting a snack and some coffee, and said we were good to go. I started filling out the purchase paperwork, and called my insurance company to initiate coverage. After several minutes Chris returned and said that he made a mistake and the price we agreed on was wrong. He provided a new price, roughly $850 higher than we had discussed. I told him I would have to think about it and walked out for a while. I came back and said I would take the originally agreed price, or no deal. He brought out a man who I believe was the manager, who insisted the truck was worth more than that, and claimed it was a misunderstanding. Notably, every price we had discussed during our negotiation was an "out the door" price, inclusive of all taxes and fees. For them to claim that the final price was a misunderstanding, and was just the purchase price, is laughable. I said we were done, and that there is no deal. They refused to return my signed papers to me, insisting instead that they retain and shred them. I told them I was not at all happy with them wasting my time, and left. I will never return to "Courtesy" Mazda. More

Aspen was the very first person to approach and her professionalism and desire to make my experience a good one was exceptional! She recognized the hard time I was having two of my favorite all time vehicles go and was able to make my purchase fun and got me into a great 2016 CX5 that completely fits the bill. Thanks to everyone there from the GM, Finance Manager and Service team for making the purchase and "as promised" deal, seamless and enjoyable. Many more thanks to Aspen for making the purchase one that I will remember and when I'm ready to make a change again, I will RECOMMEND AND RETURN to Courtesy!!! respectfully Christina K. More

"Worth the Drive" I started looking for a replacement vehicle for my 2005 Explorer, which has 208k miles on it, about 2 months ago. After exhausting my usual resources I started looking for a replacement vehicle for my 2005 Explorer, which has 208k miles on it, about 2 months ago. After exhausting my usual resources I started hitting the web and was searching by vehicle. I found an explorer at Courtesy and spoke with Ethan Miksche, who was very courteous and professional. I set an appointment and he was there when I arrived after a 40min drive from South Denver. He produced the exact vehicle I was interested in and let me kick the tires. I found that it was satisfactory and the price was agreeable. After negotiating back and forth a few times we finally agreed on a price and his finance manager, Brad Swanberg, took over. Brad hooked up with my credit union and set the preapproved rate and term and consummated the deal very professionally. I was out of the dealership in about 2.5hrs and Ethan even detailed the car for me, since his prep people were not available. Check Courtesy out, they are worth the drive. More
