Patrick was beyond Courteous. My initial impression of the dealership was tainted - but Patrick definitely made up for that. He and the financing team went above and beyond for me. Although there were things that I didn't love about the dealership at the management level - I stayed to purchase from Patrick. He personally wiped down the backseat after a service employee may have overlooked some spots, personally filled the tank of my new vehicle with gas and got my rental car returned. 5 stars for Patrick. Would certainly buy from him again. More

Courtesy is just one word I'd use to describe them. Patrick was great and as he stated, he isn't there to sell cars, he is there to help someone find a new car. We went in with very specific needs, as there were only 5 cars like the one we purchased in the state, and he quickly realized we were serious. After a test drive by ourselves (very important that the dealership trusts their clients to take the car and bring it back since the Fort Collins dealership wanted to high pressure us into a sale by sending a salesman on each one of our three test drives) we got down to business. We gave Patrick a very specific number and he worked his magic to get us as close as possible to it. At the end before shaking hands, he asked us if we trusted him to get us the best deal possible, and he had more than earned that trust. 10/10 would recommend going to see Patrick at Courtesy Mazda anytime you're in the market for a new vehicle. More
