Poor service I took my car in for an oil change in April 2018. When I was leaving, an oil filter that was left by a tech flew up hit my windshield and cracked it. I took my car in for an oil change in April 2018. When I was leaving, an oil filter that was left by a tech flew up hit my windshield and cracked it. Lucky it didn’t hit my hood. I took it back and they said they would order and replace the windshield. I had to repeatedly call and finally in July 2018 they replaced my cracked windshield. When I left the service department this time and was driving down the highway, I discovered my hood was not latched. I will definitely think twice about using this service department again. More

DO not review the cars that you sell. We paid a lot of money for a truck only to drive it off the lot realizing how much more money we need to put into it. The rear back window did not ro We paid a lot of money for a truck only to drive it off the lot realizing how much more money we need to put into it. The rear back window did not roll down, a piece missing on the drivers side, seat heaters occasionally work and the tail gate would not go down. It really looks like this truck has been in a flood and had this dealership even did a glance over to make sure everything worked they would have noticed all the rust all around the truck. It is very disappointing that buying a car from a dealership that actually did not even put any time or effort into the truck before turning around and selling it. I am sure they previous sellers sold the truck with the spill that they would not be able to sell the car for as much. Same with us - we traded in our car and was told the most the dealership could get was 19K but it is in fact listed on your website at $23999. We figured that would happen anyway but we also figured that dealerships do that because they do put extra money into the vehicle before selling and now we know that is not the case. More
Initial 5000 mile oil change service. Friendly, efficient, complete and timely service. Even done as a courtesy since it was my first oil change service on a 'newer' car (5000 miles). Would highly recommend and plan to go back again (have been there before for other service). More

I was told to leave all maintenance needs to you, but then, after finding my car dead right before work, I find out that my battery should have been replaced one to two years ago. Why wasn’t this addressed in the six or so visits in those two years? Got my tires rotated twice. Both times, my low tire light was on after the rotation. If I’m there for maintenance, wouldn’t addressing dashboard problem lights fall under that? Then, I tried to ask someone about these problems, and was rather rudely told to talk to the receptionist up front who wasn’t at her desk. I’m done. More
