I purchased a new CX-5 from a Mazda dealership in Broomfield and had a great experience, but when I took a friend back to get a used car they were rude, pushy, and patronizing. This was not at all the case at Courtesy Mazda. Nobody we talked to at Courtesy gave us the "used car dealer" archetypal attitude. On the contrary, they went out of their way to give us a great experience. I'll put it this way. My wife and I live in Arvada and made the drive to Courtesy Mazda in Longmont in a jalopy that felt like it was going to fall apart or catch on fire the whole time we were on 25. I would honestly say it would be worth driving twice as far in a car with twice as many warning lights on to deal with Courtesy Mazda again. Of course now we don't have to because we got a beautiful red Mazda 3 in excellent condition and for a very fair price. More
