Unimpressive estimate on damage repair Several weeks ago, I went in to get an estimate on damage repair to my 2015 CX-5 from a bear getting inside of the vehicle. What I got was an email wi Several weeks ago, I went in to get an estimate on damage repair to my 2015 CX-5 from a bear getting inside of the vehicle. What I got was an email with very little detail on what would be done, what charges were labor vs parts, vehicle cleanup details, etc. This was very different from the detailed estimate I got from a local auto body shop. It seemed like this was not something the Mazda device center was familiar with providing. I have not had great luck with this service center. Early on in 2015, I had difficulty getting any response when I would call or text trying to get appointments for normal service. More
