Poor communication So they said to just bring in the car we don’t need appointment and drop it off. But when I dropped off the car I didn’t have a oil leak. Then talking to a different technician never even looked at the car . More

Paying it forward I came in on Saturday to have my oil changed, was greeted by Chris he said he was helping out in service. He was very nice and got me checked in. Afte I came in on Saturday to have my oil changed, was greeted by Chris he said he was helping out in service. He was very nice and got me checked in. After a bit he came and showed me my cabin filter which I said was ok to change out. And he said that my brakes were needing to be done. I said that would be fine but not sure about the time, he came back and said I could have a loaner. I was expecting to have to come back in a couple of hours. But he said that Monday or Tuesday after he got done would be good. He had also said he would detail my car. When I got my car Tuesday night it was beautiful, I have never had this caring of service before in all the time I have owned a car over 40years. Chris was fantastic, caring and made my year. Poor service experience Just had my car in for a recall and had to come back the next day to have warning light reset.
