I haven’t had a new car since 2007 and this was not a very pleasant experience. They were friendly only before signing the paperwork but not after purchase. Not good at following up on requests. I asked for the car to get a detailed cleaning as it was not very clean and that didn’t happened, the car had stains and even bugs inside so there was no cleaning done when I was told it was. I asked for certain additional coverage to be removed and we are in week two and it has not been completed yet even after multiple calls and visits I have done since day one. Their answers are short and not very friendly. More
