Good but not great I took my car in for an oil change and an alignment as I had just purchased a new set of tires at Costco. Everything went well and they finished quick I took my car in for an oil change and an alignment as I had just purchased a new set of tires at Costco. Everything went well and they finished quickly. The only negative was that they couldn’t print out a before and after diagram of the alignment settings so it was not clear what was adjusted. The car did seem more stable after the work was done and it now tracks straight on the road. More

When I said something about the length of time to the service manager he said he was sorry but just shook it off. Said it was a busy time of day and there were several vehicles to service. It appears from what he said that the service department schedules their appointments without regard to the number of bays and mechanics they have. You call and they say "sure - bring it in" no matter what. I have always been pleased with this service department (not so much the sales department!), but now I'm wondering if I should be going elsewhere. More
