The only notable corrosion on the car is on the brake caliper they replaced, and they refused to honor the warranty because the part was still functional. Shady manager was sitting right there while counter guy explained that rust was somehow normal on an 8-month old part even though the corresponding 7-yr old parts of the other brakes were rust-free. I paid over $200 for rusty brake parts. More

Drop in for question I stopped in Courtesy Mazda on my way from Denver to Greeley. My "Engine needs Inspection" light came on and I wanted to know what it meant and if dr I stopped in Courtesy Mazda on my way from Denver to Greeley. My "Engine needs Inspection" light came on and I wanted to know what it meant and if driving was a problem. I had made an appointment with my regular Mazda dealership in Ft Collins and they could not take me till this coming Thursday. I was just checking to see if driving was an issue and the repair gentleman had me pull my car in and they checked it out and corrected the problem, checked my car over changed some filters and did an oil change... all with no appointment. That has never happened with my regular dealership in Ft Collins and on a Friday, no less. I will be using the Courtesy Mazda dealership in the future. They were very friendly and calmed my concerns about my car. More

They service the car, check everything out and give you a report card on the condition of the car. This last time, the tech spotted a crack in the wiper frame which I had replaced heading off a potential issue in a rain storm. I highly recommend this shop! More

While I only intended to look at the differences in the cx-9 and cx-5, Mr. Dave Dewey quickly helped me decipher that I didn’t need the more expensive cx-9. He spent ample time watching me squirm at the idea of buying a new car and laughed at all my rhetoric. He and Kevin challenged my thought processes and encouraged me along with stories, legends of dealership past, and personal anecdotes. Dave even offered up his dog to me! They spent close to 4 hours with me and I ended up walking out with a beautiful car and lifelong happiness. Only criticism: some classic and creative dealer pressure to buy. With that said, I felt like they were listening to my concerns. Dave will go above and beyond and answer any questions you may have.
