Friendly, organized, not sleepy. Pleasently surprised We came to see a 2017 CX-5, but ended up buying a new 2019. Aspen was super nice, helpful and gave us a lot of options. We felt we got a fair deal, and she worked with us until we've got what we wanted. We were happy with the overall experience. The only confusing part was that we got offer a 65 month deal, and when we were signing the paperwork, we were told it was a 63 month deals. Not a biggie, but that part made or payments a little more than we were expecting to pay every month. Overall, a positive experience. More
