Unfortunately i had an issue that had to be taken to a dealership. So i gave Courtesy Mazda in longmont a shot. I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service. They answered all my questions honestly, gave me great knowledgeable service, and most importantly when i left my car was fixed! These things alone would have been amazing, but on top of it all, their prices were more than reasonable and that helps just as much as everything else! I will absolutely be coming back to Courtesy Mazda, Chance and Sara are the best! Thank you! More

I leased a cx-5 from Courtesy Mazda, for 6 months they kept calling and emailing to convince me to end my lease early and get a new car. When I agreed to come in I outlined the information I was looking for and my intention to either buy out my lease or buy a new car, leasing again was not of interest. I made an appointment, arrived on time and the sales person showed up 20 minutes late and had done none of the due diligence I requested. The sales person was exclusively interested in telling me about how I could get a great deal on a new car but delayed answering any questions I had. Once it was clear I wouldn't be buying a new car he told me to wait an hour for the finance person to arrive and disappeared without another word. The sales team had no interest in serving a customer, either do what is in their best interest -ie buy a car so the make commissions- or they will ignore you... More
