Courtesy Mazda doesn’t even deserve 1 star. xxxx poor service. Brought my Mazda in to be looked at just for them to fully break my wire harness then tell me I need to pay $3,500 for a new computer. Had my car towed to a REAL mechanic who fixed my car for under $700. You guys are xxxx for charging me $150 after you broke the wire harness so the car could no longer start. If I bring my car in, in a drivable condition - I expect to leave with my car in a drivable condition. Don’t worry, I filed my complaint already with the BBB. You can address me there.
