Service guy tried to argue that my first 2 oil changes weren’t free since I didn’t buy the car brand new. Keep in mind I am the first owner though because it was leased. He wouldn’t do the oil so I had had to drive all the way home look through all my paperwork and find where it says my first 2 oil changes are free. Once he saw it he wanted to give me some lame xxx excuse that Mazda sent it out and not the dealership when it clearly said Courtesy Mazda on it. More

Excellent service MY 1993 Ford Ranger, Mazda B4000, , had cooling issues. Drive able in the winter, not so good in springtime and definitely unreliable in the summer. MY 1993 Ford Ranger, Mazda B4000, , had cooling issues. Drive able in the winter, not so good in springtime and definitely unreliable in the summer. A coolant system flush, first in 27 years, and a new radiator corrected the leaks and returned the truck to its daily driving tasks. Courtesy Mazda combined Efficient trouble shooting with prompt service to make a happy customer. More
My recall was NOT fixed correctly! My brakes are being chewed through. Also told my front pads had 1mn left no they have 4mm left. So when my brakes fail and Mazda failed to fix the obvious issue you’ll f chewed through. Also told my front pads had 1mn left no they have 4mm left. So when my brakes fail and Mazda failed to fix the obvious issue you’ll find yourself on the receiving end of a lawsuit. And yes my brakes are now squeaking again and it’s obviously something wrong and the tech didn’t do a through examination. I’m not an idiot and my brakes are not correct period. I won’t do business with Mazda again after the refusal to properly fix the problem especially since it’s a safety issue. I’ve already filed complaints with the appropriate agencies. More

Satisfactory experience! Timely and treated very well. Was greeted upon scheduled arrival and although some additional work was needed, left only a few minutes late with a clean and disinfected car.
