Very good Service Department I have found the service department does a great job and checka everything out so I feel confident that my CX5 is in good hands. Min mentioned that they recommend 5000 miles or 6 months but was a gentleman and didn't make me feel bad that I had gone 10 months. Same old positive experience Review of two experiences - 1) 2015 Mazda 3 - replaced the original battery (low mileage car). Replaced efficiently and quickly. 2) 2014 CX-5 - T Review of two experiences - 1) 2015 Mazda 3 - replaced the original battery (low mileage car). Replaced efficiently and quickly. 2) 2014 CX-5 - The 2018 battery from this dealer was failing - a new battery provided under the warranty at no cost. More important, the service department initially told me there was fluid leaking from the rear shocks and they should be replaced. When replacing the battery, the service department viewed the shocks again, and advised the shocks were not failing or worn out. I have no problem with the service department changing its mind. I very much appreciate the honesty of the dealership in correcting its recommendation, advising me properly, and saving me money. Courtesy Mazda performs all the services on both of my Mazda vehicles, and will in the future. I recommend the dealership to others. More
