I normally do my own maintenance work but since this was a warra The reverse camera on my Mazda3 started intermittently displaying low quality video. I normally do my own maintenance work but since this was a warranty issue I had to bring it in. Thankfully they quickly diagnosed the issue on the first visit; they ordered the part and installed it for me about a week later. The install took a little over 2 hours which I greatly appreciated - I don't think anyone particularly enjoys sitting around waiting for car repairs. I bought this car new from Courtesy Mazda and didn't have a great experience with the sales team that they had at the time; but in the two years since, my experience with the service department there has been professional and, as the name would suggest, courteous. Also, if you do find yourself waiting for service on your vehicle, you can bike all the way into Longmont in under 30 minutes via the St Vrain Greenway, which can be accessed nearby at the end of Sandstone Drive. More

I drive a 2019 Mazda CX-5. I had to bring it to Courtesy Mazda service department for an oil change and a couple minor issues that I needed checked. I cannot speak highly enough of both the CX-5 and the sales/finance team at Courtesy. After visiting many dealerships over a number of days this was by far the most comfortable and straightforward interaction I had. From the test drive to the final signature I was treated with respect and courtesy (no pun intended). It is a difficult time to be in the market for a new car (Covid-19) but I truly felt that they understood and did everything they could to make me comfortable as a buyer. I absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5 turbo!!! More
