I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. I like getting my service done at Mazda. I feel like they do a great job. However, latey I feel like the quality of customer service has gone down. I've had some issues with previous appointments but they were resolved right away. It seems the staff is always different. I called about a month ago trying to get some info from the service department. It took 3 days to get in touch with someone. Scheduling my recent apointment was quick and easy. It also went by fast. However, I felt like the guy that checked me in and out was rude and very unprofessional. They also left a set of keys in my car for another vehicle. They wouldn't have known, if I hadn't returned them. The actual work done to my car was good. More

Emergency stop at Longmont Mazda. My cell phone was stuck in the console. Late afternoon and Min said to bring it on in. I can’t thank Min and Henry enough for saving my phone and my sanity. It was an mediocre experience. Gave the dealership It was an mediocre experience. Gave the dealership 24hr notice that I was going to come test drive the car. When I arrived the car was quite dirty on the outside and had a haze on the windows on the inside. I would have thought the car would be clean. Had some issues with the lease contract that some clients would have probably missed. They did not use the agreed upon money factor and that is a tricky one because it's not shown on the contract. You have to calculate the value in order to double check it. Would have cost me around $1000 over three years if I had missed it. They also did not include the "Mazda makes the first lease payment" promotion until I called it out. These are mistakes that are in favor of the dealer and will cost you money if your not paying attention. Took delivery of the vehicle at my home and the inside of the back window was covered in a film that had been baked on from the car sitting outside in the sun for several months. I expected to receive a car that had been cleaned inside and out but this was obviously overlooked. I didn't notice it until after they dealership staff had dropped the car off. It's a lack of attention to detail on part of the dealership. Ultimately I got the price I wanted and that was the most important thing because I am able to check the contracts to make sure they are correct. About 30 minutes with some Windex and I was able to get the back window clean. It was difficult getting the window clean behind the brakelight that sits up on the rear window though. However, in the future if I have other dealerships offering the same price and I have to decide which dealership to do business with, things like this will be the deciding factor in my selection of a different dealer. More
