Sarah was amazing to work with. She was very up front about cost and amount of work needed and kept me updated every step of the way. As a mother of 3 kids with 3 jobs my transportation is an essential part of my life and I don’t know what I would have done without the help of these awesome service people, Sarah in particular. More

The service staff have always been friendly but the quality of care has not been what I'd expect recently. First of all I just had to replace the engine in my 2016 after it mysteriously sucked in all quality of care has not been what I'd expect recently. First of all I just had to replace the engine in my 2016 after it mysteriously sucked in all the coolant. I've only ever had it serviced at Courtesy and at the recommended intervals and they never indicated there was any sort of problem. Okay, so maybe that's just a fluke (and I smiled and paid the $6k for the replacement). Then they tell me the non-Mazda battery I put in (because they want $600 for theirs to support the stupid i-eloop system that they don't even put in their cars anymore because they know it's stupid) is causing an error. It wasn't erroring before they replaced the engine, but now it is. So I take the car in and have them put in a new ridiculous battery - but the error doesn't go away so now they say they need to do diagnostics on it and oh, by the way, that's $150 charge. To diagnose something because what they told me was the problem wasn't and I paid for the unnecessary fix?!?! They need to learn to acknowledge when it's time for them to step up and provide actual customer service instead of just picking the next thing on the list they can charge for. More

My wife and I went to upgrade our vehicle to match our growing family, and We were greeted instantly with a smiling face at the front door.
