The last couple days have been so stressful, my minivan died and with 4 kids it has been the most unpleasant without a vehicle. HOWEVER Jim Nesbitt at Mcdonald Kia went above and beyond anything i could ha died and with 4 kids it has been the most unpleasant without a vehicle. HOWEVER Jim Nesbitt at Mcdonald Kia went above and beyond anything i could have hoped for. During the covid crisis he worked with me through text, email, and phone calls. Coordinated a sale that is PERFECT for our family got all the paperwork together, and did a "clean" covid delivery with glove masks and all. He was kind and patient with our very many questions, understood when my kids were loud in the background and did all of this within one day. I could not be more pleased with our experience and will tell everyone i know to buy from him! More
