I received prompt and polite service. I felt "total honesty" in what needed to be done to my car after I had an oil change was lacking. When I told the consultant I had gotten another opinion regarding a leak and looked underneath and talked to the mechanic, I was not happy. The mechanic told me they had a new mechanic who did not know the difference between a leak and seepage. Really!!! Everyone I have told this story to has gotten quite a chuckle out of it. I also felt I should know exactly what GM was being billed for the service I received since the car is "certified". The consultant gave me an estimate of the work to be done (which I still question if it was legit.) totaling approx. $500. The "seepage" did not of course have to be repaired. The quote was given before the consultant knew the car was "Certified". I think basically the problem stems from my being over 55 and a woman. More
From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with respect. The service was outstanding! Their shuttle service took me to work AND picked me up --- on time, too. The repair was completed treated with respect. The service was outstanding! Their shuttle service took me to work AND picked me up --- on time, too. The repair was completed in a timely manner and when I arrived to pick up the car, it had been hand-washed and vacuumed...a very nice touch. Angie was very thorough with explaining the repairs and kept me informed of the status. Kris (the cashier) made the whole experience of having to pay for the repairs a bit less painful with her smile and friendliness. She should be Employee of the Month every month, in my opinion! I would definitely recommend the McDonald dealership to anyone who wants to feel like a VIP. More
