When ever we brought our car in for any maintence Jason always was very helpful.He always would set up our appointments and he was ready when we arrived. He also got us a loaner when we needed one. A persistent 'rattle' was driving us nuts. Loose tie bars were fixed and that helped, but did not solve the problem. A new rack for the rack & pinion steering was next. Tom 'took care' of this at no cost bec were fixed and that helped, but did not solve the problem. A new rack for the rack & pinion steering was next. Tom 'took care' of this at no cost because we are very good customers. That was a pleasant surprise! Haven't talked with Tom yet but, unfortunately, the 'rattle' is still there. However, I know that Tom will keep digging to determine the root cause. He's knowledgeable, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. It's always a pleasure to deal with him! More
I had not been in the service dept. for sometime. It was very nice to see the area neat, and professional. I had not met Jason LaMirand previously, he is a very polite, confident gentleman. I brought in a vehile other than a GM product to have detailed inside, and other routine maintenance. Mr. DeVoss, kept me informed of the progress being made on my vehicle, and it was very nice to see, and speak with him again. I have been a coustomer for years, and don't see a need to change now. Everyone was friendly, professional, and upbeat. That helps make a customer feel a little more comfortable, and confident that the very best is being done to attend to your vehicles. I do know many of the Tech's. personally, I have the upmost respect for their skills, and talent. Thank you to everyone in the Service, Clean up, and parts departments. Be seeing you again! I was very pleased with my experience today (16FE11) in the service department, especilly with the recommendations of my service advisor (Tom Bosio). When I brought my car in for routine service, I specifi the service department, especilly with the recommendations of my service advisor (Tom Bosio). When I brought my car in for routine service, I specifically asked for that they look closely at the brakes. My reasoning was based on the total number of miles on my car, and probably my experience with service garages! Advice from Tom, not needed yet! He didn't try to sell me something I did not need! Thank you Tom and the service team! There were other recommendations however that he did make. I had one of those recommendations repaired on this visit. The repair was related to the steering. On my way home after the service I noticed that a problem of roughfness that I felt on my steering over center prior to this visit was now gone! Thank you Tom and the service team! More
I have given this rating due to the quality and care given to my vehicle while in the possession of McDonald Pontiac. My car was having service done for almost two and a half months and during that time given to my vehicle while in the possession of McDonald Pontiac. My car was having service done for almost two and a half months and during that time i was given a "loaner" vehicle while my car was being worked on, I'm not even sure if "loaner" is the right word for it because when you think of a "loaner" you think of a vehicle that's a "beater". Every vehicle i was issued was nearly brand new and cost way more then my car did. So needless to say i was very comfortable driving around while i was waiting. Not only were the vehicles i was lent extremely nice but my customer service representative Jason was overwhelmingly helpful by calling my cell phone frequently and letting me know about the progress of my vehicle while it was in service. This kept a lot of stress off of me because i didn't have to worry about taking time out of my busy day and finding out the status of my car on my own due to Jason's proactive work ethic. Another reason i have given this rating is because when i picked up my car it was also cleaned and washed which shows McDonald's customer care and professionalism. I owe a big thanks to Jason he made an otherwise hectic situation into a surprisingly enjoyable one, thanks a lot bro. I will be definitely coming back to McDonald Pontiac in the future. Tom Bosio is always a pleasure to work with. We needed one of our 2007 Cadillac's high intensity headlights replaced. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed that it was washed, vacuumed, and in considerably better condition than when we left it. It is those little extra touches that go such a long way in making a customer happy, especially in the midst of our busy lives. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have their car serviced, and I would definitely send them to Jason LaMirand.
