scam artists and liars!!! we took a 2006 caddillac to be fixed for a small steering problem. quote 1500 but it was 4500 they promised NO further problems. We got the car home they never even fixed a broken windshield wipers or light. then 2 months later the car just stopped running. they wanted 3500 to fix Itt took it apart told us that it is 4500 that the whole engine was crap and told us we needed 1800 just to pick it up . The car was only 8900. This is appaling we received no loaner either. I am shocked all of our cars were from them. We have hired an attorney . Buyers BEWARE More
They cracked my windshield !!!! I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I drove several miles ... looking through my front windshield obviously. Upon completi I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I drove several miles ... looking through my front windshield obviously. Upon completion of the work, my windshield had a major crack and very visible along most of the surface. Note, same windshield that I was looking through on the way to the dealer, now has a very visible crack. I asked about the crack. They said "it was there". I asked if they check windshields with there checks. They said "no". They lied. I contacted GM customer service for assistance. They (the dealer) were suppose to call me but sent an e-mail back to GM customer service instead claiming that they checked the windshield. Total lie. More
I came in to have my 2010 Cadillac SRX. 30,000 mile checkup and went into the showroom to kill time and I fell in love with the Cadillac XTS! A very nice and friendly man intoduced himself as Henry checkup and went into the showroom to kill time and I fell in love with the Cadillac XTS! I took my car in for an electrical problem. They said it was fixed after taking 3+ days. However, the same thing is still occuring. When I dropped my car off it had a half tank of gas, but when I got it bac was fixed after taking 3+ days. However, the same thing is still occuring. When I dropped my car off it had a half tank of gas, but when I got it back it was below E. I was running on fumes tring to find a gas station before my engine quit. I had to refill my loaner car, but they do not need to refill my car? I had to refill two vehicles, and since gas is so cheap, this was not a problem (sarcasm). Plus, on top of that my car was still taken apart. I had panels laying on the floor and other parts not put back together correctly. I don't get angry that often, but I am now! More

Service Person was very courteous and kept me informed of my service issues. He was very helpful and did not try to get me to get services not needed. Waiting area is very nice. I bought my vehicle in 1999 and with their service my car is still in great shape with a few minor things that they informed me need fixing. More

Tom Bosio always gives me good service. I feel welcome when I need service and Tom will always answer any questions I have. I always feel that service I request is done well.
