Not a great experience. We live in VA and bought a car from them. No one told us that it was a smokers car. My wife is very sensitive to smoke and she's pregnant. We now hav We live in VA and bought a car from them. No one told us that it was a smokers car. My wife is very sensitive to smoke and she's pregnant. We now have to pay to get it detailed to hopefully remove the smell. They also didn't send the plates or paperwork with it so we had to get a rental car. We were told it was overnighted and that we'd have it the following day. The paperwork to purchase was overnighted UPS but the plates and paperwork to show ownership was sent regular mail. Will hopefully receive the paperwork tomorrow. The manager Alex is apparently to busy to take our call or respond even when requested. Shady dealership. I don't ever recommend purchasing from them on faith if you can't get there to see the car. They will take advantage of you. More
