Chuck Latty was my sales consultant and right from the start he made me feel at ease. Chuck treated me with respect and kindness and patience and he was able to put all my concerns at rest. We test drove a number of vehicles before I decided on the Acadia. Chuck answered all my questions about the different vehicles so I was easily able to chose the Acadia. Paul Foco was he was very helpful answering my questions on the paperwork, he explained everything. I had been looking at getting a new vehicle for over a year. My dealings with other Dealers left me skeptical. I felt like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle and they would tell me anything the year. My dealings with other Dealers left me skeptical. I felt like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle and they would tell me anything they could to get me to buy NOW. This left me feeling very uncomfortable about the whole car buying process. Then, one fateful day, I was in a networking group meeting for work when I met Rod Chefalo from McDonald. I spoke with him about possible interest in buying a new vehicle. Rod was genuinely excited for me and immediately began to discuss my options (vehicle information, what type of vehicle would work best for me, and availability to test drive the vehicle of my choice). This left me with the ability to start making an informed decision on the best vehicle for myself. I was able to narrow down the search between two and I was invited in for test drives. Everyone at McDonald was friendly and attentive to me and the other customers. It felt like the buyer was more important than the sale. I was shown around and allowed to test drive the vehicles, discussed the vehicle's options, discussed financing options, and finally (and most importantly) I was give a very fair quote on the Out The Door Price for the vehicle I was most interested in. I was then allowed to leave (no pressure sale) and look at my options. I was able to make the decision on my time. But my great experience did not stop here. After deciding to make the purchase, Rod and his compatriots swung into action. They were able to take care of EVERYTHING for me. I was able to pick up the vehicle the next day with financing, license plate, registration, insurance, and all vehicle set ups completed (I sure this varies on a case by case basis). I was thrilled and amazed. This was WAY more efficient than purchasing my previous vehicle. Finally, I was shown the rest of the dealership. I was SOOOO impressed that I can't do it justice with words here. You need to see this place for yourself. What are YOU waiting for? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More
