He was very easy to contact and he returned all of our calls immediately if he had to be away from the phone. It was alot easier to buy a vehicle from out of town than I thought. We were waiting a couple of days for our funds to become available to purchase the truck so he made sure all of the proper paperwork was signed and completed to avoid us having to make the nearly 3 hour trip back to Saginaw to pick up the truck, he arranged to have it delivered.
