Art met me at the door the first time I came to the dealership to inquire about a possible new car. He went out of his way to show me many possible options. He explained the Lease/Buy options and was able to help me with the financing options. Needless to say, I have been back to purchase other vehicles from McDonald's in large part because of Art's professionalism and help not only with the sale, but follow-up and service after the sale. In fact, as my vehicle needs have changed over the years, I have purchased several vehicles including a cadillac Deville and 3 different GMC trucks from Art and McDonald's Cadillac, GMC. I have been very pleased and satisfied with McDonald's as represented by Art Neil which in my mind sets them apart as a friendly dealership in which to do business and not just another place to "buy a car". I could not rate the dealer service or quality of work as there was no service work performed on the car. Matt made the deal easy from the first contact via the internet request and followup email. We were able to take care of plate transfer, insurance, and financing without having to meet in person until we completed the trade-in and picked up the new car. If I had a single negitive comment it was the intial appraisal on the vehicle we were trading in. In the end I got a fair trade-in allowance but only because I had done my homework ahead of time by looking up the trade values on Kelly blue book and GM web site black book. If you are going to link to the GM black book for trade in high and low you should be willing to offer initially between the two numbers provide when the trade in vehicle is in good or better condition. I understand the that it is the used car sales managers job to get the vehicle at a low price but when they come $1500 in the end it smells a bit. Dave Robinette More

The salesman, Art Neil, took painstaking measures to make sure I was treated like gold. Everything about the experience was more than positive. From first look on the lot to signing for two brand new GM products; Mr. Neil was outstanding. So much so, we returned for two additional vehicles. I would recommend Mr. Neil, and have recommended him, to friends, family and other associates. More
Tom is the reason I now use McDonald's as my dealership. I started bringing my original vehicle (from another dealer) in for service years ago. Tom was the service person who greeted me with a smile. Tom explained the problem and charges and took care of the issue. My car was fixed very well and a follow up was done to make sure I was happy. When it was time to get a new vehicle, Tom introduced me to a salesperson and history was made. If it had not been for the good customer service I received from Tom and his crew, I probably would not be a customer. I just recently brought my car in and all was done promptly and professionally. I had been hit by another driver and I suffered body damage to my truck. I had been recommeded to McDonald Pontiac by a friend. Though there was trouble with the work that had initially been done. Hello. Tuesday evening, I stopped at McDonald to Hello. Tuesday evening, I stopped at McDonald to purchase some touch up paint for my 2002 black Cadillac Sedan DeVille. My cadillac is used regula Hello. Tuesday evening, I stopped at McDonald to purchase some touch up paint for my 2002 black Cadillac Sedan DeVille. My cadillac is used regularly in funeral processions so it has to look good all the time. I was initially pleased to be given a free bottle of touch up paint from Trina. I expected to at least be charged for it. Grateful and with thorough instructions, I returned home where I began to use the touch up paint. All was going well until I reached the back quarter panel of my car. I touched up a spot and I put too much paint on. I tried to wipe it off but the surface just got rough. So, I painted over it again. I was horrified to see what a mess I had made. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much that night and was anxious and agonizing over what to do next. I stopped back into McDonald the next morning and Terry waited on me. I asked him to look at the botched paint job I did. At first, he didn't think anything could be done since the paint had dried. Then he said, "let me try something". He then returned with a can of thinner and totally erased the layers of paint I had put on the car! Not only that, he then went and got some rubbing compound and took the spot out that I was trying to cover up with paint in the first place. I was never so relieved to not only see my mistake corrected but fixed as well. Thank you Trina and Terry for going above and beyond the call of duty. It is noticed and appreciated. More

I shopped more thouroughly for this vehicle than I ever have before. I have been a lifelong GM fan but was interested in a non-GM product this time because of the government bail out.
