When I was looking to buy a vehicle, I went to several local dealers. Most just gave the same answers. Art was the most informative. Most dealers gave the same price break down. I live four hours away from this dealership, and visited it's location on reference of a good friend of mine. Being a cold winters day, I was driving around the parking lot looking at the GMC trucks of inte it's location on reference of a good friend of mine. Being a cold winters day, I was driving around the parking lot looking at the GMC trucks of interest. Art Neil came walking out in the cold weather and talked with me while I sat in the warmth of my car. After several minutes he asked if I'd be interested in comming inside to check further of my inteest. As I entered the showroom floor, I was impressed with how professional it looked, and how everyone was dressed. I've been to six different dealerships over the past month, and not once had a salesman started off with a "company spread sheet" showing dollar figures of a sale. All of the other salesman just used a "scratch pad" and threw down numbers as to rush a sale, or to see if I was able to make a purchase. Art Neil was very professional, worked hard, and made every effort to get me the best possible deal on a new truck, and was able to get me out of my leased 08 Impala. When all was said and done, I was proud and happy to be driving my new 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 back to my parents home for the Holiday weekend.
