Tom Bosio is always a pleasure to work with. We needed one of our 2007 Cadillac's high intensity headlights replaced. I put my credit application in online but never figured I would receive a phone call. Kevin Jones gave me a ring to let me know he could get me financed and that he was working with Rick. After spending all morning and a little of the afternoon on paperwork for a particular vehicle my father comes in and changes the whole day around. Rick took over and found us a car that was perfect for me. He was extremely informed about the different cars on the lot and knew just what we were looking for. He put up with my father's extremely dry humor and millions of questions. He had an answer for all of them. I was very impressed. Both of these men were very flexible and had a constant smile even though they probably had visions of choking me. :-) My experience with McDonald GMC Cadillac could not have been better. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle to suit our large family. I previously owned a GMC Yukon XL and it was a good fit but our vehicle had a lot of miles. We initially did not see any but Rick walked out to meet us and he directed us to the very thing we needed and promptly provided us with an excellent price and added a warranty to the vehicle. He was courteous and and efficient. He made us feel very comfortable. We purchased this Yukon and love it. I am also pleased that I will be able to continue to use the service department at McDonald because it truly is the best dealership I have worked with both at service and now at sales. More

My wife and I totalled a car by putting it in the ditch and needed another car sooner rather than later. We just stopped in on our way home and Rick found us a car that we were very interested in. In 2000 we purchased a GMC Sierra from McDonald GMC. We still own the vehicle and have been very satisfied with our truck. On Jan 14,2011 we went back to McDonald to look for a second vehicle. We were met by Bill Urbanski who showed us several vehicles. We were given the opportunity to test drive some vehicles. When we returned to the dealership after test driving a vehicle Bill had been looking in the lot for another vehicle for us. This vehicle my wife had found on the Internet. We test drove this vehicle and found it to be the one we wanted. However, the time was getting late and the dealership had closed. Bill stayed late and allowed us to have the vehicle for the weekend to make sure this was the one we wanted. He certainly was right in his selection of this car for us. We bought the vehicle the following Monday. In dealing with Bill we found him to be very pleasureable, friendly and customer oriented. He wanted us to be satisfied and gave us a fantastic deal. He provided all the things we had asked for. We have encountered other salespersons in the past who seemed to only want to get a sale. With Bill there was no pressure at all. He was great to work with. MY wife said, "He is awesone!" We are very very happy with our experience at McDonald GMC-Cadillac. More
